This is super fast and easy - exactly my style of cooking!
Use any pizza dough recipe that you like (or you can cheat like me and use a pre-made crust).
Add your favourite pizza sauce
Now for the chicken:
I use 1/2 a chicken breast for 1 pizza - cut into thin strips
mix together in a bowl 3-5 teaspoons of soy sauce, a few drops of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, and 1/2 teaspoon of truly turmeric. Adjust to your tastes and add sriracha for some heat.
Marinate chicken in this concoction for at least 15 min and then fry in a pan for 5 minutes to lightly cook the chicken before adding the pizza.
Putting it all together...Aka The Pizza:
So you have your awesome pizza crust with your pizza sauce.
Now add your chicken, chopped veggies (I used tomato, orange pepper, mushrooms, and sundried tomatoes). Cover it all with delicious melty cheese!
