The key ingredients in this elixir:
Turmeric: powerful anti-inflammatory and immune modulator.
Ginger: anti-inflammatory immune modulator, soothing for the throat.
Fresh Lemon: source of Vitamin C, loosens congestion.
Raw Honey: delicious, anti-microbial, and soothing for the throat.
Instead of grating my own turmeric, I actually like to use this Truly Turmeric Paste from Naledo. It has a little coconut oil and black pepper added, to increase the bioavailability of curcimun.
For an extra boost, I also like to use Bee Powered from Beekeeper’s Naturals. It contains propolis, royal jelly, and bee pollen in addition to raw honey.
