☀️ Citrus Ginger Turmeric Tonic ☀️
This might just be the best way to start your day. Zesty, refreshing, and anti-inflammatory. If you don’t love taking your curcumin pill, this is a tasty way to get in a dose of turmeric first thing!
2 oranges, peeled
1 lemon, juiced
1-inch piece of ginger
2 tsp Truly Turmeric Paste
Pinch of black pepper
1 cup water
Sweetener, to taste (optional)
Blend everything in a blender until smooth. If desired, strain out the pulp, but we like to keep it in for extra health benefits (hellooo, fibre!). If desired, add a sweetener like honey or maple syrup, to taste.
